My Top 10 “Must Have” Oils

When first learning about aromatherapy, many people have asked me “Where do I start?”  With over 60 single oils, (not to mention the blends), I know it’s difficult to know which ones to chose … which ones you’ll use more than others.  Below is my Top 10 “Must Have” Oils that no one should be without.

I have created this list of the oils I have used the most, and IMHO are the best ones to start out with:

Our French Peppermint is great for pain relief.  It has more menthol (the thing that relieves the pain) than peppermint from the USA, and is extremely effective.  Any kind of pain, joint pain, bruises, muscle pain, etc.  Make a peppermint halo for headaches followed by lavender. Use this French Peppermint also in the Liver Cleanse.  Peppermint is also used to energize a sluggish body, aid in digestion, respiratory support and to enhance mental clarity.
