Take a Bath!
One of my favorite ways to use Essential Oils is to use them in a bath.

With only a couple drops of Nature’s finest Essential Oils you can turn your bath tub into a healing and rejuvenating spa treatment. You can use all kinds of Essential Oils in your bath, but I’m throwing out this healing bath recipe for your consideration:
Healing Bath
Into 1 cup of Dead Sea Salts mix (these are the healthiest salts for your body, but you can also use Sea Salt)
4 drops Rosemary essential oil
4 drops Chamomile essential oil (you can use either German or Roman Chamomile)
4 drops Lavender essential oil
With your hand mix the oil drops into the Sea Salt, make sure you’re inhaling the beautifully healing vapors of this mix, smells fantastic! Now add this mixture into your hot bath water and soak for 20 minutes or so. Your body will absorb the oils out of the water and you will enjoy all their amazing benefits, which are many!!! Light some candles, and Enjoy!

Quality is everything with essential oils. Like with many things you get what you pay for. If you walk into a store and they have very cheap essential oils, then guess what? — They have very cheap essential oils. Cheap essential oils (or really anything less than medicinal grade essential oils) do not offer you all the healing benefits that true Medicinal Essential Oils offer. That is why there are those who say, “I have tried essential oils and they do not work.” Well, what quality did they use? Very cheap essential oils have very little, if any healing benefits. But just wait till you use Medicinal Grade Oils. The difference is clear, and the Oils are amazing!
